Using Bird's philosophy on life, the fitness consultation department conducts a similar approach to leading a healthy life. The service is geared towards providing education and motivation for improving yourself. Through concentrating on 6 emphasis areas, not only will it benefit your physical body, but also influence a positive outlook on everyday life, attitude and self-worth.
Constantly participating in fitness/athletic events throughout life, Bird’s interest for knowledge in the human body grew over the years. He became nationally certified as a personal trainer in the fall of 2006 through ACE (American Council on Exercise), one of the most respected fitness/wellness organizations in the US. Since then, he has had many clients (individuals and small groups) attain their goals in not only physical attributes of getting in shape, but changing their attitude and outlook on life.

Quads (at least 4 people):
3x/week @ $150/month
2x/week @ $120/month
1x/week @ $60/month
Trips (3 people):
$20 per person per session
Doubs (partner):
$30 per person per session
Individual Training (One hour sessions):
$50 baseline assessment
$ 60 per session
$ 250 for 5 sessions
$ 500 for 10 sessions
$30 for 30 minute sessions

CONSULTATION PACKAGES
The fitness consultation department under Bird, LLC is a service of motivation and education. The results are determined by YOU, and your discipline to adhere to your personal program! Bird is the means that holds you accountable. He is your coach, educator and cheerleader...but it basically all boils down to you and your commitment to a healthier lifestyle!
Assessment: One time setup fee of $50 for beginning assessment that will determine goals, obstacles, motivation, strategies and program direction. This may include body fat percentage (when available) and baseline tests: pushups, resting heart rate, blood pressure (when available), flexibility, cardio step test
