A&M Fest and Futureman Concert

 

 

 

Roy "Futureman" Wooten and the Black Mozart Ensemble

May 22nd was the final concert of the Freedom Concert Series in collaboration with an Arts and Music Festival!  A & M Fest (co-presented by Bird, LLC). It featured artists, live music, and food/beer vendors prior to the concert.  Futureman is the grammy award winning percussionist and composer from Bela' Fleck and the Flecktones.

 

Buddy Fitness Challenge

organized by several trainers at the

Fort Mill YMCA

 

August 23, 2008

The Buddy Fitness Challenge was held Saturday, August 23rd and was a great success. The criteria included 3 mile on/off road run, and several fitness challenges: buddy(fireman's) carry, timed situps and pushups, jumping jacks and overhead presses.  All events were completed with your buddy.

at the Center for the Arts Gallery

 

 

 

Charlotte Monthly Magazine, Natural Awakenings, had their July edition dedicated to 6 men in the Charlotte area that have healthy balances in their lives.

 

 

An article about Williams and Fudge and the renovated Cotton Factory was published in a Rock Hill Magazine. My artwork was the background of the photo taken of Gary Williams.
